Dubbed the "Queen of Disco," Donna Summer has enjoyed consistent chart success since the '70s. She's sold more than 100 million records and was the first female to have four #1 singles in a 12-month period. With "Love to Love You Baby," she was also the first artist to create an extended-play song. The Grammy-winning songstress first sang in a gospel choir and turned a role in a German stage production into a launch pad for her career.
